The Great House is being designed by Hart Howerton of San Francisco, well-known clubhouse and resort masterplan architects. It will have views of the Cascade Mountains and the golf course in the valley. Members will enjoy dining and entertainment spaces that spill out of the grand interior and onto expansive patios and verandas. In addition to the many dining venues, an entire floor will be dedicated to family activities such as bowling tournaments, crafts, arcade games, movie nights, and an ice cream parlor.

The Great House will join the existing Golf House and Hill House — the club’s fitness, tennis, and aquatic complex. All of these facilities were designed to resemble a homestead with a collection of buildings rather than one large structure.

Currently there are about 150 homes in the Tumble Creek community, and more homesites are being released – including the last golf homesites. Construction on the clubhouse is expected to be complete by December next year.
