Panorama, the last neighborhood in the master-planned community of Talus in Issaquah, is in the final phase of building. The Eastside’s 63-home neighborhood is shaped onto the elevated perch of Cougar Mountain, making it the final frontier in luxury in the Talus community.
Panorama sales began nearly two years ago with nine distinct floor plans. Three featured floor plans already have been sold out, and two plans have 19 homes remaining. Of the remaining 19 homes, five are currently available for sale, with several more nearing completion. These numbers were current at press time and may have changed.
The homes range from 3,100 to 5,000 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. The remaining homes also feature COVID-inspired home offices, private en suite guest rooms, luxurious primary bedroom suites, spacious living areas, and covered outdoor living areas oriented toward magnificent views of the Cascade Mountains.
Panorama home options include traditional to contemporary finishes, with each home designed and situated to take in views of the Issaquah Alps. The remaining homes start at $2 million, depending on the lot choice, model, and upgrades selected.
Woodinville-based Lungren Homes is building Panorama and has developed amenity-rich communities throughout the Puget Sound.
“Seventy percent of our homes sold during COVID were to folks looking for a great work-from-home environment,” Dan Lungren, founder and president of Lungren Homes, said in a news release. “Our homes offer the work/play balance that people love these days: home offices, media rooms, covered outdoor decks and patios, most of them with grand views. And the drive into our Panorama community is unmatched in its grandeur as you pass by parks and trails with views of the Cascades beyond the Issaquah Valley. Panorama residents really appreciate that fact their homes are only 10 minutes from I-90.”
