Ethan Stowell Restaurants recently announced the opening of a new Tavoláta location in Redmond this spring. The fine Italian eatery currently has three locations in Seattle and one in Spokane.
"The ESR team has worked diligently to create a warm and inviting space for our Eastside guests to enjoy," Ethan Stowell, owner and CEO of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, said in a release. "I’m excited to open the doors to our fifth Tavoláta, and I can't wait to welcome the Redmond community over for pasta dinner."
The new location is in central Redmond inside the Porch and Park building, directly across from Downtown Park. The new 5,300-square-foot site was designed by Okana Picard Studio, built by Gencap Construction, and features natural woods and a steel trellis, echoing Tavoláta's Capitol Hill location.
The new space has 111 seats available indoors and 46 seats available outdoors. The indoor dining spaces include a bar and private dining room.
The Redmond menu will be in step with Tavoláta's other locations. Guests can expect a variety of house favorites such as its Rigatoni with spicy sausage, Bruschetta with smoked fish, or Pappardelle with beef and pork ragu.
Tavoláta Redmond will be open for dine-in service, takeout, and delivery May 15.
