A new tasting room is making a splash on the Eastside this month — Northwest Spirits is opening its distillery doors in Woodinville’s West Valley District on July 22. It will showcase its portfolio of bottled products, like the Savor Spear Collection, featuring a straight bourbon whiskey, and the Bar Boss Collection, which includes a whiskey bourbon, gin and vodka.

Designed to be both a tasting room as well as a go-to resource for quality barware, the location also will have a curated selection of specialty items to complete home bars. The Northwest Spirits’ tasting room reflects a decade-plus experience of distilling and appreciation for spirits, with an impressive 1890s mahogany backbar, a 53-gallon copper still, and cozy seating for guests. Part of the larger family of Heritage 1904 companies, Northwest Spirits’ sibling restaurant, Von’s Gusto Bistro (already a popular spot in downtown Seattle), will be opening a location next door later this year.

15029 Redmond-Woodinville Road N.E., Woodinville.
