Holiday meals can be a challenge for those with food allergies, ingredient sensitivities, and special diets. The greatest tragedy is having to say “no” to dessert, and that injustice will not stand.

The founders of Raised Gluten Free, Rosa Dixon and Milia Lando, from their certified gluten-free bakery in California, strive to create delicious desserts and savory pies that are plant-based and food allergen-friendly.

The couple’s own personal experience with celiac disease and other food allergies inspired these childhood BFFs to become business partners offering tasty alternatives, like a chocolate silk pie, lemon tart, chocolate chip and double chocolate fudge cookies, as well as holiday classics like apple, pumpkin, and cranberry apple pies.
