There’s a new luxury automotive showroom in town. OpenRoad, British Columbia’s largest supercar dealership, has opened its new showroom and service center in Bellevue.
The showroom, located at 13617 NE 20th St., features Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, McLaren, and Bentley. OpenRoad Northwest, in addition to British Columbia, serves Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
The Bellevue location spans 68,000 square feet and includes, in tandem with its car space, a central café space. Several vehicles are on site purely for viewing pleasure; a handful of others are available for purchase.
A release said that the project faced several design challenges and necessitated minimizing the environmental impact of the structure while also being mindful of aesthetics and functionality. The team worked around previous renovations while remaining acutely aware of a nearby fish-bearing stream that prevented exterior modifications to the building, the release said.
