425 Photographer Rodrigo DeMedeiros a Finalist in IFP Seattle Spotlight Awards

Something you may not know is that Rodrigo DeMedeiros, one of 425 magazine’s talented contributing photographers, is also a screen actor and an up-and-coming screenwriter! In fact DeMedeiros, along with two colleagues, screenwriter and producer Lucien Flynn and actor/writer/producer Ben Andrews are one of five finalists for best screenplay in the IFP Seattle Spotlight Awards!

Their short film, ‘In the Trunk,’ vies for a production grant providing thousands of dollars-worth of services contributed by leading, local production companies. DeMedeiros and friends would be thrilled to receive the grant and recognition but assure us that with or without the award, the show will go on, and production is slated to begin in the next few months.
