Chef Bobby Moore of Barking Frog- Best in Show at American Lamb Board and Dine Out Seattle’s First “American Lamb Jam”

On Sunday, Oct. 23, 17 of the Seattle area's top chefs gathered to compete. The quest- preparing the most creative lamb dish and pairing it with a wine from one of Washington’s top fifteen wineries. The chefs went to work and prepared for this ultimate taste off event. The judges took tastes, made their decision and awarded Bobby Moore of Barking Frog “Best in Show/ First Place Loin” for his creation of sous vide Superior Farms lamb loin, coffee and cocoa nib farro risotto, fall squash crepinette, and balsamic glazed onions, paired with a syrah from Yakima Valley. Hats off to the chef!
