European Reflexology at Willows Lodge Spa

The Spa at Willows Lodge  is now offering European Reflexology Treatment sessions.

The European Reflexology Treatments, also known as Foot Zone Therapy, are performed by Lesley A. Yates, trained reflexologist and spa professional. Yates accesses pressure points on the feet that corresponded to an organ, gland or system of the body. This is a holistic, natural way to relieve stress blocking energy and to promote a healthy internal balance. Other benefits of European Reflexology include: accelerating natural healing, cleansing the body of toxins, improving circulation, reducing pain, revitalizing energy and enhancing overall well-being.
