Seattle’s popular burger joint Lunchbox Laboratory is coming to Bellevue at the base of the Elements Apartment building in January. The eatery, which has been featured on The Food Network and in Gourmet and the New York Times to name a few, is famous for its large and creative burgers, as well as its special salts and sauces. And their tater tot nachos!

You can order one of their epic creations like the Dork (house blended duck and pork patty, garlic
mayo, Monterey jack cheese, and lunchbox onions); Tear Jerker (super-beef patty, pepperjack cheese, lunchbox
onions, jalapenos, habanero mayo and Satan’s-tears ketchup) or Truffle Love (super-beef patty, lunchbox onions, bacon, Swiss cheese, & black truffle mayo). Or you can be the burger scientist and build your own. Burgers come with your choice of side (skinny fries, sweet potato, frie, crispy tots, housemade chips or potato salad).

Buyer beware, these fancy burgers will cost you, the most affordable on the menu is $13. Whether or not the few extra dollars for fantastic flavor and prime ingredients are worth it is up to you to decide. Will Lunchbox Laboratory become your new favorite burger hideout on the Eastside? Let us know what you think.
